Photographic agency Rex Features have published some brand new Bruno pictures today
These pictures show Bruno out and about with Coronation Street actors Antony Cotton, Ryan Thomas and Rupert Hill, and seemingly prove that Bruno is now back filming on Corrie, after weeks of rumours and speculation!
In the meantime, Corrie producer Kieran Roberts and Corrie actors Helen Worth and Jack P Shepherd held a press conference on Tuesday, where they discussed future highlights for the show. You can read what they had to say here. It is mentioned that Bruno returns for "a few weeks".
You may remember reading that Bruno filmed a script called Digging For Treasure several months ago - well, this is now available to be viewed online in its entirety!
The story is about Danny, a man tortured by his past and living in denial, and Bruno plays Danny's brother Mikey. Look out for a particularly emotional and powerful scene between Danny and Mikey towards the end!
Coronation Street star Antony Cotton seems to have inadvertently confirmed Bruno's return to the show.
Speaking in What's On TV magazine, he says: "Todd comes back for Sarah and Jason's wedding. I'm not sure how long he'll stay - I think they're going to see how it goes. Bruno's a very good friend of mine, though, and I can't wait to work with him again."
It's now been 47 days since rumours of Bruno returning to Coronation Street were first reported, and it looks like we're not much further along to finding out whether this is going to happen or not!
The latest article about this on Digital Spy says that every other e-mail they have received over the past couple of days has been enquiring about Bruno's return. However, they say that, whilst there is no confirmation yet, it is still in the pipeline/under consideration.
A Corrie source also says that, "no news is good news".
I do have it on good authority from a highly reliable source though that Bruno will definitely be returning for a few weeks, so watch this space!
